DBT Skills Groups for Adults
DBT Skills training groups for adults meet weekly for 24 weeks to impart, practice, and reflect on the five core skills core skills of mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and walking the middle path, and the use of phone coaching to ensure skill usage in learning moments in daily life. These groups are typically attended by teens who pursuing a course of DBT concurrently, but the life skills can benefit anyone.
