Claire is committed to providing support to children, adolescents and adults who are facing life challenges by helping them develop the insight and skills needed to live a happy and fulfilled life. Claire uses a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to provide client-specific counselling based on each client’s individual situation, needs and goals.
Claire trained as a clinical hypnotherapist with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and the University of West London. Claire combines her counselling experience with hypnotherapeutic techniques to provide a holistic approach to a number of behavioural and physiological issues. Claire has experience in helping clients with issues such as stress, smoking cessation, weight management, phobias and social anxiety. She also works with clients to improve sleep, increase motivation and build confidence.
Claire has completed Level 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She works with couples and families to improve communication, resolve conflict and strengthen relationships.
