Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Supervisor, Psychometrist
Dr Scarlett Mattoli is a clinical psychologist specialising in work and research in the areas of neurodevelopment (ND) and ND differences throughout the lifespan, family/parenting, and chemical and behavioural dependencies/compulsions. She works with each individual and family to provide a safe haven from which to heal, repair ruptures in emotional life, and emerge with a renewed and whole self as each unique person wishes. She offers the opportunity for letting go of pain and fears as she gently holds the space that each of us needs and deserves in life, but may not always get any other way, to fulfill our authentic self. She incorporates mindfulness and positive psychology practices into her work in an effort to impart simple and effective future prevention measures, empowering each person to take charge of their own future with the realistic expectation that they can carry out effective self-care outside of sessions.
In addition to assessments, dependencies, compulsions, family/systems, and neuropsychological support for all ages, Dr Scarlett works with child, teen, and adult presentations of;
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Obsessive-Compulsives
