Asli brings warmth, professionalism, and over 15 years of experience working with people across cultures and life stages. Her background includes leadership development, mental health education, and working within diverse settings. This has shaped her belief in the power of safe, empathic relationships to create lasting transformation.
In counselling, Asli works with adults and couples on issues such as anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She integrates human-centred and evidence-based approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology and the Gottman Method for couples. Her trauma-informed lens allows her to hold space gently and effectively for those navigating complex emotional experiences.
