DBT Skills Groups for Adolescents (12-17yo)
DBT Skills training groups for teens meet weekly for 12 weeks to impart, practice, and reflect on the five core skills core skills of mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and walking the middle path, and the use of phone coaching to ensure skill usage in learning moments in daily life. These groups are typically attended by teens who pursuing a course of DBT concurrently, but the life skills can benefit anyone. Social Thinking Curriculum: Social Behaviour Mapping Groups for Adolescents (12-17yo)
The Social Thinking Curriculum (STC) from the work of Michelle Garcia Winner and Dr. Pamela Crooke has provided a host of fun and thought provoking skills development tools to assist anyone in their social-emotional learning journey at any age. We are sharing the tops skills in the Social Behaviour Mapping toolkit in a compact and action-packed four week course to get the core skills you and your family need. ADHD Tamers for Adolescents (12-17yo)
This fast paced and fact packed four week course will provide your teens (and you) with key skills in understanding and managing hallmark features of the main elements of diagnoses related to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. No two individuals are alike and everyone finds different supports work better for them than others, but the core elements critical for embracing whichever presentation you have and self-advocacy that suits you best, will always be the same. Anxiety Tamers for Adolescents (12-17yo)
This fun filled exploration of anxiety through games over four weeks will provide your teens (and you) with key skills in understanding and managing the core skills that everyone needs to manage anxiety. We all have this emotion as a natural and functional part of being human, knowing how to recognise what is expected and what is more than usual can help everyone to develop more realistic self-management skills. GOTTMAN 7 Principles of Making Marriage Work
This educational workshop is designed to help couples improve their friendship and conflict management skills. The Seven Principles Workshop is delivered virtually so couples can participate in the learning components and couples’ exercises from the comfort of their own home. 2026 courses information coming soon.


Support and Therapeutic Groups
NeuroDiv Parents: A support group of parents of neurodiverse children. Meetings are held monthly, the first Monday of each month at noon. Write to find out more about how we can all support each other. Meetings are usually in person, although some may be held via Zoom according to group needs.
Men’s Parenting Group: A common interest group to explore difficulties and joys of parenting in the modern age. Meetings held monthly, second Wednesday’s of each month at noon. Meetings are usually in person, although some may be held via Zoom according to group needs.
Adult Neurodiversity Group: Whether you already have a diagnosis (or two) or just suspect something has always been unique about you, we welcome all. This group explores a range of topics, meeting monthly to discuss diversity needs, evidence-based tools, resources, and provide personal support to one another. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month at noon. Meetings are usually in person, although some may be held via Zoom according to group needs.
