About Nicole:
Nicole is a recent MSc Clinical Psychotherapy graduate from King’s College London (KCL), holding a BSc Psychology (Hons) from University College London (UCL).
Having grown up as a third culture kid both in Hong Kong and Singapore, Nicole understands the nuances of living and growing up in diverse settings, and the struggles which may accompany this. This forms part of her motivation in increasing awareness of mental health, increasing accessibility to support, and reducing stigma. Nicole has worked in a public children and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) in the UK, working with individuals who face a variety of mental health challenges and neurodevelopmental disorders. Nicole also works as a mental health coach with adults with charity Overcome, and is mental health first aid certified. Her training is rooted in CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing; which forms her holistic and client-centred approach.
Nicole provides counselling in English.
