Olga is a caring, open and empathetic counsellor who is passionate about helping clients to uncover their own strengths and create positive outcomes. She hopes to improve clients’ quality of life by exploring what makes a life worth living.
Olga provides a kind, safe and non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions, and uses an integrated approach based on clients’ individual needs. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology Techniques in her approach.
In her previous career, Olga has worked in market research, uncovering useful insights in both individual and group settings.
Olga has obtained a Certificate in Positive Psychology from HK Space and is currently working towards a Masters of Counselling degree from Monash University.
Originally from Moscow, Russia, Olga spent many years living internationally, including Canada and Hong Kong.
Olga works with her clients in English.
