Nicole was born in the USA, grew up in Hong Kong and attended university in Canada. She is a patient and sensitive counsellor who has always been passionate about psychology and counselling.
She has a background in education with a Masters of Social Sciences in the Psychology of Education from the City University of Hong Kong. Nicole is experienced in working with children, adolescents, young adults and families.
Nicole works with individuals, couples and families. She utilises cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness techniques. Nicole has completed levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman’s couple therapy training. Her goal is to help clients in their personal growth, de-stress, gain happiness from within, and to enhance relationships.
Nicole provides counselling in English.
